Upon receipt of your notification, we immediately visit the accident scene and inspect the affected vehicle(s) to obtain first-hand information on the accident. We also help the Insured to engage Police, transfer the vehicle from the scene to a nearby Police Station or preferred garage using your authorized breakdown service providers. Where a third party is involved, we obtain their details and advise them accordingly. This product is aimed at curbing the increasing fraud in Motor Insurance claims and twist in information relating to road traffic accidents.
